SettleClock

Terms of use

Last updated 8 October 2026.

These terms cover the website settleclock.com, including the bill calculator on it. The SettleClock team runs the site, and “we” and “us” here mean that team. By using the site you accept these terms.

Not tax or legal advice

The site and the calculator give general information and a screening estimate worked out from what you enter. They are not tax, legal or accounting advice. The law, the RBI bank rate and their reading by the tax authorities change, and a single bill can turn on facts the calculator does not ask about, such as a supplier's registration date or a dispute over the goods. Have a qualified professional review any figure before you rely on it or file it.

No warranty

We work to keep the site accurate and available, but we provide it as it is, without any promise that it is complete, correct or always available. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss, including tax, interest or penalties, that comes from relying on the site or the calculator.

The app

The SettleClock app is not covered by these terms. During the pilot it is used under terms we agree with each pilot user in writing.

Pictures of the app

The pictures of the app on this site show a synthetic ledger. Every company name, figure and date in them is invented for illustration. Any likeness to a real business, its name or its dealings is a coincidence and says nothing about that business.

Using the site fairly

Do not try to break into the site, disrupt it, or put an unreasonable load on it. If you find a security problem, tell us at hello@settleclock.com and give us a fair chance to fix it before you share it.

Our name and content

The SettleClock name, the mark and the content of this site belong to us. The typeface is Anek Latin by Ek Type, used under the SIL Open Font License 1.1, and stays under that licence. You are welcome to link to any page.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
